Our hiring process has improved! We now accept resumes and applications every day of the year. No longer do you need to wait for an advertised position to be available. You can apply online at any time. Once you have completed the online application the following process will take place
- Online Application & Resume
Your online application and resume will be reviewed and you will receive an email response within 7 business days.
- Information Remains on File
Your information (application, resume, comments from your references, and work samples) will remain on file. You can send in updated resumes, work samples, references, and make changes to your application at any time. If your application and resume warrant further attention then your references will be contacted. Depending upon the response from your references you may be granted an initial interview.
- Initial Interview
You may be granted an initial interview depending on your qualifications. Applicants are encouraged to bring samples of their work to the initial interview. These samples will be thoroughly examined and discussed during the interview. The interview will be held with the Office Manager and may take place in the Slater Office or on campus. This interview serves as your opportunity to ask all of your questions about Bentzinger Consulting and about your future position with us. - Selection Interview
When our staffing needs change and we need a position filled we will contact a few of the top applicants on file and setup selection interviews. Depending on the circumstances, an offer may be granted at this time. This interview will take place in the Slater Office with the Office Manager .
- Notification
The Office Manager will contact everyone who received a selection interview. If the position was not granted during the selection interview then it will be granted at this time. Applicants who received a selection interview and were not hired will continue to remain on file and will most likely be invited back for another interview when there is another position available.
